On our way. For holidays or Thanksgiving, weekend truck would not start ended up being the battery posts were dirty and had to be replaced a couple parts. These are the nicest and the best gentleman around. It was 1:25 in the afternoon when we showed up. And they did it for us to get us on our way to pavilion lake.. We are so appreciative of these gentlemen speak very highly of them on a Friday of a long weekend.To get us in what more can I say , but amazing , thank you to all of your team here
I was told by the GM dealership my SUV needed a new transmission for $9,000 because the torque converter had a shudder. I popped by First Klass just to get a second quote, they fixed the problem in 10min by adding a $25 additive to the transmission fluid that restores the friction material in the flywheel. These guys know their stuff and saved me a ton of money. If there's anything wrong with your transmission see these guys first!
Exceptional service and people. We were traveling through and having issues with the engine overheating. We were in a tough spot and weren’t sure what to do. First Klass went above and beyond to help us out. Saved our trip. Truly a first class experience.
We had some car troubles on our travels and every other place we spoke with was too busy to get us in. We spoke with Brian here and he said if we stopped in he would take a look. We are super grateful they were willing to fit us in especially since we saw they were also incredibly busy when we showed up. We would have been in quite the predicament without them.
