After being quoted nearly $3500 more elsewhere, we are grateful we went with First Klass for a better price and quality workmanship. Exceptional work done in a timely manner during a heatwave when our AC crapped out. We are very impressed with the staff, the work completed and the overall service provided by First Klass. I had my heat pump and air handler both replaced. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. The ENTIRE team at First Class are top notch! Ezra, Jackson, Phat were all very experienced and knowledgeable. Trish the office manager was very helpful as well with the rebate application to BC Hydro!
