Excellent customer service, from the first phone call I made right to the end of service. Efficient, polite, and experienced. Excellent follow through and follow up.
My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!
Fast efficient service and available for back flow testing certification which was a city requirement for a new installation. Not many companies have someone to certified and we had to call several companies before finding First Klass who was able to perform the task within a week of first contact.
Not enough stars for this company. My Hot Water heater went, called their emergency number at 6pm, new one installed by Noon the next day. Unreal. Every now and then you come across a service focused company. This is it. Thanks to everyone that helped!! Jonathan was unbelievable right from the first call. He was detailed and informative. Then Ezra followed up the next morning confirming a timeline. The crew was on-time outstanding and efficient. Thanks you all so much!!
