Went through the loan office at Dell Range and taken two months since closing to transfer documents from bank to mortgage company and information about payment not adequately conveyed. Not to mention had to resign closing documents. When tried to resolve issue all that was done was to repeat what they did correctly even if did not and upload documents had copies of. Just put the problem and any consequences on borrower. won’t ever go here for a mortgage or recommend anyone. Very disappointed in the service for such an import... read more
