Brynn is phenomenal. Great communication and does everything she can to get what you need for a house. 100% highly recommended.
They reopened a closed account, overdrafted it $1500 then I found out after they sent me a letter showing the negative balance and several late fees on top of it. Employee at branch and customer service were rude and it took me countless hours to ‘rectify’, and I still had to come out of pocket to avoid collections. Worst bank I’ve ever had.
