The manger that approved my withdraw needs an attitude adjustment. She walked to talk to the manager of the branch looking upset. Came back after saying “well, you told me to do it!” Looking absolutely pissed. Mind you. I had plenty of available money in my account for the withdraw. Didn’t tell me a thing. Brian is the best bank teller I’ve ever experienced with this bank. He needs a raise every time I go there he is phenomenal. Kind warm and attentive! They need more people like him at more locations!

Ever since the change, the service has been awful. I've tried calling every number that is listed for FIB. It all leads back to the same automated machine. It's 10 o'clock in the morning on a weekday and the automated voice keeps saying it's after hours and to call back during operating hours. The banks are open but you can't get in contact with anyone to discuss account activity. It's ridiculous. This national bank is awful.
