Opened a business account here, and the red flags came early… First error, they misread my passport and put my middle name where my last should have been when creating the account. They literally got my name wrong. That took a week to correct. Second error, they needed me to come into the branch and sign a form in order to have ONLINE BANKING 😂 Third error, they forgot to turn on my online banking, despite my visit to the branch to sign, so I had to call customer service twice, and speak to a branch manager before having it... read more
