The people at the bank are so great. I have some complex financial needs and when I have a problem, they fix it.
The people are very helpful and nice
Everyone who works here is very accommodating and kind! I've banked here for years since they were Great Western and the staff has always greeted me with a smile, helped me with everything I've needed, and solved any issues promptly.
*Update: it turns out that the US Postal Service decided sometime last year to stop delivering mail to our HOA because our mailbox didn't have building associated with it, but didn't bother to tell us, so the mailed cards not showing up was not the bank's fault. Trying to get a debit card from this bank has been a nightmare. Three times they said they would have it sent and nothing ever showed up. They said they couldn't have it sent to the bank, until I said I was closing the account. Finally got it after about 4 months and... read more
