I began randomly getting charged $5 a month for having an account open here. I went in to speak to them about it and they told me I did not meet the account minimum, even though I had a student account with no account minimum. They told me it must be a mistake and to call about it. I called and they informed me I no longer qualified for a student account. Disappointed with shortened hours and fewer on-line options.
If I wanted this bank I would've chosen it. This merger has been a complete farce. They closed my business account with no notice or information to me. What a joke.
Never can get anyone to answer the phone
