I come in every month to do a bank to bank transfer with my mom and or dad. Everytime I go, I go with my mom. But this time I went with my dad, this lady named Kendell works there and she has a snarky attitude.. when I came in with my dad I didn't think it was my job to introduce MY family to YOU. I don't care if you were being sarcastic... but to say that "she must not know how to introduce people" is stepping way out of line. I come in there with the upmost respect and I get crapped on. I like this bank, but when it comes to having change (all silver) they can't count it cause it's not in rolls. Yall are a bank for a reason, you count money. Just because we didn't have rolls you couldn't take it. Hmmmm. Thanks!
Friendly, and competent, they sure treat us well!
I’ve had two business accounts at this bank for around 10 years. Throughout the years the employees have really taken care of me and helped me to the best of their ability and really have gone above and beyond. I’ve had fraud charges I’ve had to dispute and they always help in a quick and easy manner; wire transfers; line of credits, transaction look ups, and most recently the ppp loans. Great bank!
