I'm really having a hard time with online banking, & they can't do a transfer, from my mechanic bank in Cali. I was scared to take my money with me, so I left it in the bank, now there's no way of getting my money
I appreciate the staff. Everytime I go in they're super inviting and helpful with whatever request I have.
I have been a member of Great Western for 25yrs. I moved to the Northern Cedar Rapids area 3yrs ago. I was so excited to see that there is now a branch in Cedar Rapids and that I do not need to drive nearly an hour to do my banking!
