Trying to work with one of the mortgage lending associates caused me nothing but concerns, confusion, and downright frustration. My father, David C Ferguson, died on September 14th. His estate has oil well holdings were to be divided among 3 of his children. Jackie Camino is in contoli of the disbursing. She has sent my siblings 2 checks since my father died and documents as well. I spoke to her after the dearh of my father, and she confirmed that I would be collecting dividend checks as my other 2 siblings have. to this day I have received NONE. What are you doing with my shares???
