in and out i had to take out a cd, and i was finished with my transaction in less than 5 minutes. the lobby was very nice and fancy. teller was knowledgable and helpful with any questions that i had.

Tier One Bank Is A Good Home for Your Money I have been using their services for more than 4 years now. Every visit to their office is always a nice experience for me. Tier One provides a variety of financial services, as well as a number of ATM machines spread all over the state (Nebraska) and even outside of it (Iowa, Kanzas). I would definitely recommend this bank to my friends, because I feel my money is safe there. Tier One bank is a good home for your money.
Excellent Customer Service When we closed on our home here in Idaho we needed a cashiers check. We were from out of state at the time and did not have a bank here. We went in and asked them to help us out with a cashiers check. We were not members and they said they would do it for free. I thought that was great. We did pay them cash for the exact amount of the cashiers check, but I thought that was a great example of customer service...even though were were not even customers at the time!
