I have been a customer with FI for over 10 years and they've always been sound. No exaggerated fees or BS anytime. They don't charge to cash app check i write someone ever and that is why I will always bank with them. Great customer service as well and the Tellers always know me personally. Great bank.
They are super nice but the entire branch is open 9-5 and closes from 1-2 for lunch. So as a person who also works from 9-5, my lunch hour is my time for running errands. Wish they had hours for working people to use the bank as well :(

Drive thru hours are not geared for working people. Most banks are open from 7:30 to 5:30.
