Banked here 25 years. Lots of hidden fees. Sketchy business practices at best. So difficult and frustrating to work with. Constantly put blame on the customer for their own screw ups. Banks are bad enough as it is without dealing with FIB.

I love this Bank add specially due to the employees at work here. I recently went to treatment and when I got home my account was in the negative and the bank has been very gracious at letting me get things caught up. Thanks again FIB
I spoke to a female rep over the phone at this site. She has no idea about investment like Roth IRA. Then she said, “we are super busy and a lot of client at the lobby.” That is not how you treat a potential customer!
