All of these negative reviews are about FIB phone service or other issues outside of this particular branch's control. I have several accounts and use this branch often. They are pleasant, helpful and professional. I'd strongly recommend this branch.
Banked here 25 years. Lots of hidden fees. Sketchy business practices at best. So difficult and frustrating to work with. Constantly put blame on the customer for their own screw ups. Banks are bad enough as it is without dealing with FIB.

I love this Bank add specially due to the employees at work here. I recently went to treatment and when I got home my account was in the negative and the bank has been very gracious at letting me get things caught up. Thanks again FIB
