I have been banking with the same bank for the last 13 years when it was previously Home Federal. Since the Bank of the Cascades have taken over it has been a horrible experience worst customer service ever! I would never recommend this bank to anyone!
Hands down the worst bank I've ever been with. Calling it "customer service" is a joke. Only giving one star because I can't do zero.
