It was a pleasure working with Miranda and First International Title. Their communication and responsiveness were excellent throughout the process. Despite a minor issue outside of anyone’s control, they stayed on track and ensured our borrower closed on time, allowing the seller to move forward with her next purchase.
Miranda was awesome. Her communication was top-notch from start to finish, always quick to respond, proactive with updates, and making sure everyone stayed in the loop at every step of the process. We did hit a small hiccup along the way, but because of how well everything was communicated, everyone was able to come together, problem-solve, and get the deal to the finish line.
They did a great job and worked hard to get everything done for a very tight closing deadline. Great communication. Great work. Very professional and excellent work. Everyone was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
