Julie was so helpful with our loan process. Everything went smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with her.
Not great customer service. Had questions regarding remote closing process and all the paperwork they asked me to submit. Left message with two different people asking for a callback to no avail. Closing did go through but probably would not use them again.
Done few deals with them already, very fast, easy and convenient. Definitely will go back.
Frustrating experience. Did not realize that this was a property notary. I asked if they could do a power of attorney for a motor vehicle and they looked at me like I had three heads. Very unprofessional service
