I am extremely disappointed with this bank’s service. My account was automatically charged nearly $500 in PAID OVERDRAFT FEES without any prior notice or email notification. The bank kept deducting money repeatedly while providing no warning or assistance to prevent this from happening. When I went to the branch in person to resolve the issue, instead of receiving help or a refund, I was simply told that it was my fault, not the bank’s responsibility.
