If ZERO was an option. DO NOT trust your house insurance with these people. Your siding does not have to match all sides in the event of hail. Which means out of pocket for the two sides of the house that were lucky enough not to be effected by hail, because our siding was discontinued. I guess as long as people only look at one side at a time, they figure its fine. So if you want second rate 1/2 done repairs on your home... these guys are for you.
December 19th we had a house fire and no one was hurt but we lost most of our things. Everything from all of our bedrooms which is basically your whole life. This has been one of the most devastating things I have been through. After my divorce I worked my butt off to get that house and everything in it for me and my four kids. Horrible experience after being with this company for 15 years. Treated like crap after filing first claim ever. I suggest looking elsewhere for insurance.
If I could gove zero stars I would. Been paying this company for 7 years. No claims. Then we get hail damage to our roof and they wont cover anything. When everyone on our block got new roofs. Basically paid for a new roof in the premiums we were paying. But they wont give us our money back. Do not use this company. U will not be protected.
