Horrible experience after being with this company for 15 years. Treated like crap after filing first claim ever. I suggest looking elsewhere for insurance.
If I could gove zero stars I would. Been paying this company for 7 years. No claims. Then we get hail damage to our roof and they wont cover anything. When everyone on our block got new roofs. Basically paid for a new roof in the premiums we were paying. But they wont give us our money back. Do not use this company. U will not be protected.
After 30+ years of being with this company and no claims I get a notification in the mail today that I’m nonrenewable. No resaon just dropped us. Well Maxfield shove it.
