If I could gove zero stars I would. Been paying this company for 7 years. No claims. Then we get hail damage to our roof and they wont cover anything. When everyone on our block got new roofs. Basically paid for a new roof in the premiums we were paying. But they wont give us our money back. Do not use this company. U will not be protected.
After 30+ years of being with this company and no claims I get a notification in the mail today that I’m nonrenewable. No resaon just dropped us. Well Maxfield shove it.
We can not say enough good things about our service with First Maxfield Mutual Insurance! Dan has walked beside us each step of the way and got payment out to us very quickly so we could pay our contractors for repairs we needed after our recent flooded basement and broken pipes! They are second to none! We will be a life long customer! Thank you for your exceptional service! You've made a stressful situation so much better!
