Unfortunately, the managing director of the West Coast Office has ghosted me for the past 2 weeks. We have no hotel block and no flights booked. Prices are going up and availability is going down. If he was too busy, he could have transferred us over to a colleague. Our folks have already completed their travel profiles but we're now looking for a new agency and everyone will have to start from scratch. Unprofessional and annoying.
