I ordered two couches from this store last year. Ordering and payment was straightforward and easy, and they arrived quickly, especially seeing as I live regional WA. The couches were comfy and looked great. We unfortunately had issues with one of the couches after a month of use, and Shannon sorted it. I sent some photos, and she organised a replacement and delivery as well as pick up of the damaged one. I would 100% order through them again in future. Shannon’s customer service and communication were great :)
