Come check us out Established in 2018. Fastest growing and largest fitness facility in the area! We are doing things different from anyone else but you got to come check it out and see!

Amazing space, great community atmosphere, and coaches and owner who truly cared about warm up, form and great music. Bonus: amazing gym dog Basil who was the goodest of girls. Thank you for an amazing Saturday partner workout.

I've been a member since First in Flight opened in 2018. I've never been athletic so to find a place where I feel welcome and comfortable, with both the coaches and the members, to modify to my skill level is a large part of the reason I've stuck around. The programming and facility is outstanding, but the community cannot be beat!
