Worst gym ever! The only thing this gym has going for it is it's location - if you live/work in downtown Montpelier this is the only gig in town. And there probably lies the problem - no competition has resulted in an awful gym. Old & dirty equipment & facilities, and very limited hours of operation. Then there's the culture in the weight area of guys slamming weights around - super unnecessarily loud. I'm not even talking about big muscle head guys, these goofy dudes walk around in bike shorts and bandanas (need I say more)... read more
