I called in for an appointment. I was set up with a guy named Noah, who seemed very nice. I waited about 30 minutes then I got called to my chair. Waited another 15 minutes then he sent me in another chair to wash my hair did my hair less than five minutes Then put me in another chair. I waited about 30 more minutes then he came back trimmed my hair in about 10 minutes then put me in another chair. Waited another 30 minutes. My daughter and I were in need of a style update and we were absolutely blown away by the friendly staff and inviting environment at First Impressions Salon. Caylie treated each of us like royalty and she is stuck with us as customers for life! If you need anything hair-related (cut, color, style) I HIGHLY recommend her!
