I should’ve walked out as soon as the hairstylist told me she didn’t know what low lights were. I made an appointment for my daughter to get her hair done before she started school and the hairstylist absolutely butchered her hair. The coloring was awful and she was supposed to give her layers, but it just looked like she tried to cut a ponytail holder out of her hair and it was incredibly uneven.
