Today I had an appointment with Erin, she was great answering our questions and making sure we had a positive experience, she made sure we got great pictures of our little one and let us add last minute requests. Sometimes it’s hard to get somebody to answer but it’s def worth the fight.
Tried calling multiple times, left a voicemail filled out the request for contact and nothing. I just wanted a few questions answered before making an appointment and it's been weeks without any communication.
We took my mother in law for her birthday today. It was an amazing experience:)
Never answers the phone. Never calls back, heck they say you text them and they still Ingore you. What a shame wanted to set up several appointments.
What an amazing experience, I can't recommend it highly enough! Our little lady has been pretty camera-shy at most of her scans, and this was no exception, but Erin was fantastic and got us lots of adorable images. The space was very comfortable and it was just an incredibly positive experience from start to finish.
