I love going there Kay and Ally are typically the hair dressers I see when I go they are both amazing at what they do and always give the best service every time. Would recommend them for anyone.
I’m leaving this review as a friend of a long-time client who was treated very poorly here today. The biggest issue with this salon especially with the male stylist, is that he takes multiple clients at the same time and doesn’t give anyone the proper attention their service requires. You cannot leave a client sitting with bleach, color or toner on their hair and face while running between other customers. I had a truly shocking and unprofessional experience at this salon with the male stylist Tran. I came in for simple highlights, and he ended up severely damaging my hair. The crown of my head turned bright orange and did not match the rest of my hair at all. When I politely asked him to fix the mistake, he became defensive and blamed me in front of other customers, even saying I “made their appointment late,” which was not true.
