This is the first mowing season I have used First Impression. I had a bad experience with my previous service and was elated to find Larry Brown and First Impression. You see, I have a hilly, sloping lot (around 3 acres) which is a challenge. Larry has the right equipment for the job. He uses a walker mower with a sulky which is perfect for my property which permits him to easily access all areas of the terrain. Larry and his crew do amazing work! I have used First Impression Lawn Care for over 3 years. I recently purchased a new construction home and Larry has been great. He has sown grass seed. Planted shrubbery, and trees. All us thriving. Iwill never use anyone else .
Excellent service! We called for leaf removal service for our front yard. Larry called us back in a timely manner and set up a date to do the job. It first snowed then rained for two scheduled dates but Larry kept in contact with us (10 stars!!!) and our job was done as soon as the weather permitted. It was so nice to come home and see our yard was professionally cleaned up! They did a great job!! Like the name of the company, Larry left a good first impression with us. It was hard to find a good landscaper. Larry is the third Landscaper we hired and by far the best. Our yard is about one year old and still needs a lot of work but in the short time that Larry’s been here working on it the improvement is significant. He is very professional and does a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.
First Impression Lawn Care is the best lawn company we have employed since living in East Tennessee. The owner, Mr. Larry Brown Jr., is very honest, reliable, and reasonable in pricing. He keeps close contact with you when there are weather issues that either postpone or delay your scheduled lawn day so that there are no surprises.
