We had our master bath updated and it was such an easy process. I can't thank Rafaela enough for all her help designing and answering all my questions quickly. We were not there when the work was done but the workers were neat and covered everything necessary. Thank you to all the staff involved in making it happen.
Absolutely would recommend this company for your remodeling job. They are very professional and costumer friendly. They gave us a time frame for our entire project and they did not disappoint. We love our newly remodeled condo. THANK YOU RAFAELA AND FIRST IMPRESSIONS TEAM!!
Warning! I would not trust this company. I met the owner multiple occasions And he belittles people thinking that he can say and treat them the way he wants. I definitely will not give my money to this company both locations. You’ve been warned. I don’t know how he is still in business. The Business I’ve made with him was so small nothing close to 30 or $40,000 for a kitchen remodel, I can’t imagine what he would do then. He acts like he’s doing you a favor but really Belittling you. You’ve been warned
The team at First Impressions in Bonita Springs was top notch to work with. We were doing a refresh to our kitchen and baths with new countertops, sinks and faucets, and kitchen backsplash. The team was very responsive to my questions and the job was completed quickly and well done. The work was done over this past summer.
