This store offers an excellent selection of braiding hair, extensions, and natural hair products, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. However, the extensive shoplifting displays, surveillance warnings, and heavy- handed signage at checkout create an unwelcoming atmosphere that detracts from the overall customer experience. A more positive and polished approach to loss-prevention messaging could better align the store’s branding with the quality of its products and service.
Don’t buy human hair wigs from here my hair matted up SO quick! I’m pretty sure it’s not really human hair they wigs have a horrible selection and I just feel profiled when coming here what is up with the 50 million cameras??? They don’t even let you try on the wigs and don’t offer refunds how are you supposed to know how it looks on u… overpriced and the Asians give me funny looks. Also it’s a stray that Walmart sells for the right price they put 4 extra dollars on it at they store so yeah nooooo Won’t be back
