If you don't want to feel like just a number at the big banks try personal banking with employees who remeber your name.
I am dealing with an issue and needed information from the bank. It wasn’t something that was easy to obtain. Beverly was amazing! She was able to problem solve and tackle the issue. She was kind and patient during the process. This bank is awesome. Customer Service is top notch
