The bankers at the North Palm Beach branch are pleasant and helpful
I opened an account with a direct deposit and was supposed to get a bonus, and the bank has not given it to me and is not giving me any answers. I spoke with Shalina and she told me she would get back to me in a couple days. It’s now been about two weeks and I stopped in again and she said that “she has been working on it and it seems they are overwhelmed”. I am very unsatisfied and feel this is unacceptable.
