After refusing to open account because temporary State ID is not accepted, the female representative refused to return application that had SS# on it, claiming the application paper is bank property. Only after telling her the information on the application is not bank property, she said they could shred it. If you're going to shred it anyway, why not give the paper back to a potential customer? BTW, instead of shredding it, she tore the paper in 4 pieces and tossed it in a trash bin behind the counter. SS# has never been us... read more
I went in to open a new account and left feeling uncomfortable, the rep I was working with had no patience and kept pestering me about my residence and could not wait for the email. Upon receipt she began questioning me about my utilities and went to go make a "copy" when really, she was talking to the manager about whether or not they should even open the account. This is the worse bank ever and they should not be in business. I had my address updated with an agent over the phone last week, but she misspelled my street name. I called on yesterday to have the typo fixed in the address and they kept telling me I had to go inside of a bank. Then they told me to call the branch manager Michelle Gibson to fix the issue which was insane.
