I would love to give a 5 star review on how the building of our new home went, but we can't even get to the starting line! We contacted via realestate.com about a house and land package and got an email from a sales rep. We asked a few questions (basic stuff like house plans, land availability, etc) which took a while and several emails to get straight answers.
