As of August 2021, the positive reviews appear to be from realtors and they are completely FALSE! No one truly loves their mortgage company, but choosing First Home Mortgage was a mistake. The relationship with a lender may last 30 years or more so it’s important to get it right.If you have the option, go elsewhere!
Courtney Ficken is AMAZING!!!! She helped guide us through buying our first house, creating a kind, knowledgeable, and joyful relationship, and easing our minds about the process. She helped us get the best discounts and grants possible. Also, she made me laugh. A lot. What a joy to work with!
First Home Mortgage was a complete mistake. They are entirely unresponsive, raise your payments each year and of course don't respond when you have questions on why. Giving you guys a one star is entirely too generous. Poor service.
These kids know alot about wasting your time and money...unfortunately they know nothing about closing a mortgage. Highly un-recommended!
I found First Home Mortgage on Google and took a risk. Now that we've closed on our house I can tell you that Clay and his team are on the ball, quick to respond and worked tirelessly to make sure we closed on time. A++++ Thank you guys, and Gals ;)
