Needed Rick Kuhblank for a quick pre-approval with closing in 30 days. First call was Sunday night at 9:30 pm. We were able to make an offer deadline the next day at noon, and he was ready for closing. His staff was extremely professional and quick. He has exceptional customer service skills and you can call and text him at all times. He is both highly recommended and highly reliable.
