My experience with 1st Home Improvement was a little bit of a roller coaster. Unfortunately, there was some hiccups throughout the process but at the end of the day Sean and his team rectified the situation. Overall had a great experience with 1st home great customer service great and speedy work
1st Home Improvement replaced our roof and gutters a few weeks ago and we worked with Sean Nicoloson who helped us from initial roof and gutter inspection to final clean up process. All singles (GAF Timberline HDZ) and Velux Skylight arrived one day before the scheduled date. On scheduled date the crew arrived early in the morning and replaced the roof and skylights all in one day and after one day the came back to install new gutters. Sean is the best! Our roof was damaged in a storm, and Sean and his team carried us through the process, dealing with the insurance company and all of that stuff. The crew was awesome, had the job done in a day, and as a FF with some roofing experience, I can tell you they did great work. Sean was like having a friend in the business! We loved our experience and I recommend 1st Home to everyone!
Every time I pull in my driveway, I smile. The new roof, siding, window trim, soffits, fascia, etc. all look wonderful. I was spending a great deal of money, and I was concerned about whether I was making the correct color choices, and Rey came out himself to look at what I picked and made suggestions about trim width, etc. .
