Called today to book an appointment. Called at 9:03am. I was caller number 3 in the queue. Got connected only at 9:47am. I tried calling at 9:45am from another number just to check the queue and it had grown to 8(another 7 people behind me). Poor souls , they have no idea how long the wait is.
Most of the doctors are great and actually care about the patients. But my family and I have now had multiple experiences with Dr Mosaraf Khan being abrupt, rude and not listening to what we have to say. I would not recommend seeing him as most appointments with him have left us not happy.
