i’ve always had a positive experience at this clinic- doctors are professional and reception are lovely and competent than ever before (management did great at hiring!). however my only concern is that sometimes it can be difficult to get through by phone, for example today. i was on hold for an hour and was unsure as this has never happened before so i physically visited the clinic whilst being on hold. i showed the receptionist and she apologised and kindly explained that lately they have been having an issue with the inte... read more
The worst practice I've ever been. It took me one hour ten minutes just to get someone pick up the phone. I don't understand why it takes that long just to make a booking. There are two useless woman at the reception desk. I don't recommend anyone to make a phone call. Got sick 😫 of listening to the stupid replay.
I been in this clinic for more then 10 years. Even i moved place far take me nearly 2 hrs im still continues come to the this clinic. The service really excellent. The staff friendly. Most of the doctor good respectful and understand the patients issues.
