NP Jennifer is great. She always takes the time to listen to what the problem is. She will explain what is going on, and break it down, not using medical jargon. She tells me what information I need to know, and then explains the choices or options I have. I like the up front and honest approach, but the compassion. She also is very knowledgeable. Dr. Janine Hepler is the absolute best provider I have seen. She takes her time, asks detailed questions and makes sure you understand your course of treatment. She genuinely cares! She is kind and courteous and seems VERY knowledgeable. I had blood work done and was told the staff would call when the results came in and much to my shock... they called! I didn't have to chase down any results or play phone tag for weeks! I will NEVER go anywhere else! This clinic, this staff and Dr Hepler are THE BEST!
Get everything done when your in office...soon you walk out ...good luck Chuck...make another appointment if you got a simple need ..an good luck because everyone is nice until there's a problem then you see the true people come out of them
Excellent Healthcare. The whole staff. Only thing is if you're sick or hurting the provider is booked up and they tell you to come back in 6 months.
