Rude staff at check in, my sister was asked why she wanted to see a doctor and told the (rude) receptionist that she was depressed. Receptionist walked away, came back in a couple minutes and said okay and checked my sister in. She was called into an exam room a few minutes later and the nurse asked why she was there. When she explained that she was depressed and had run out of antidepressants and could not get a timely appointment with regular doctor, the nurse left the room. Great doctor I appreciate the advices and help of Doctor Fish. He is great specialist! He helps with advices to my mom with diabetes and my daughter (the surgery). My mom feel great after the advices and prescription by Doctor Fish.I am grateful for his help. I have not the insurance, the prices was OK.
Cheap, Convenient, and Competent I love this place. Unfortunately, one of the best doctors I've met here is leaving (Dr. Mitcheff) but Dr. Erwin is also a very thorough, kind, and caring doctor. The Nurse practitioner on site is snooty and yes the business is busy but overall it is a fabulous establishment with well qualified individuals that go the extra mile to give you the care you need!
Don't bother This place is a dump. I have never had an easy visit there, even for simple things like blood tests or urine tests. The wait has always been at least two hours and the staff has always hurried me through like I was cattle. The place is also very, very dirty and the staff hygiene is, um, questionable at best. I will never, ever go back if I can help it.
Walk in Clinic The hours are good, they are open until 6pm during the week and open on Saturday for a while too. They are a walk in clinic that will see you for anything from a cold to a drug test. As a patient, I've seen several docs there, you see whoever is at the office when you walk in, so I don't have one person I see all the time. Good alternative Before I had a regular physician I used to go to First Health. I think that it's a good alternative to the emergency room and to having to wait forever to get in with another doctor. They are pretty full service there. They have good doctors and the very nicest nurses in town.
