This bank’s staff has repeated ignored my calls for change when it comes to it’s disabled customers because they are lazily super slow, especially over the past year when I came in there with casts on both legs for months after rescuing a US Marine held in a deep jungle compound for nine months that took me 12 days to get to and then put this Recon Marine Gunny into protective custody on the nearest U.S. military base, JBPHH on June 15,2024 and he only weighed 89 lbs at the time of rescue and now is at 181 lbs again. Could be worse, but I struggle to see how. University branch is the worst on the island. It took them over 30 minutes to just deposit a company check. That’s not including the wait in the line. They kept telling me they needed an approval from someone. Approval for what? To put money into my account? I wasn’t asking for cash, or depositing large amounts. It was just one weeks payroll check. I know it’s always “first the Hawaiians” but chill out with the not updating my account balance and then charging me insane overdraft fees. Organized crime? You probably needed it more than I did….

Few times I went here because conveniently close to work, but customer service is very slow and always have some type of issue, and my transactions were put on hold or not completed. Even the manager treated me once of banning me from the bank because my “my signature didn’t match enough” and I had a temporary driver license at that moment, all this after I complained for deposits taking over 45 minutes to be done and requested help from a supervisor.
