Few times I went here because conveniently close to work, but customer service is very slow and always have some type of issue, and my transactions were put on hold or not completed. Even the manager treated me once of banning me from the bank because my “my signature didn’t match enough” and I had a temporary driver license at that moment, all this after I complained for deposits taking over 45 minutes to be done and requested help from a supervisor. Do not open an account here there are no perks went in because I had to change my bank account because of a lost check the young lady Jeanne Luis that helped me does not know what she's doing she messed up my whole account gave me the wrong checks with the wrong account number I had made payments for my rent, my credit card, my telephone and they all bounced I asked if they were going to be responsible for the late fee charges and the drop in my credit score for the late payments and they told me to bring in receipts and "we... read more
I was just out and about basically reminiscing and taking pictures. Trying to remember the score of the last game played at this stadium, now a park. Then I noticed my favorite bank. And if anything should be part of my day is seeing that logo. Been in twice, nice people and a safe place to be. I do have my favorite place to bank at, the women who loves the color purple 💜, Tita Girl, She had to balance me. Gwen is a nice lady. The Man? Brad.
