This has GOT to be THE SLOWEST FHB on the island!!! Take my word for it, it's faster to driver further to another branch. This is on a Tuesday at 10:00!!
Bank opens for business and a man opens the door and says “ we’re only letting four people in at a time. It’s quite hot outside and customers are having to wait under the heat to get in. There are several ladies and one of them has a baby with her! So, the bank that says yes didn’t do what it advertises.
Worst experience dealing with current loan with my Girlfriends auto loan. Loan was set up with autopay by this branch and bank now seemed to not collecting the payments and cannot seemed to get it fixed and already penalized due to no payment which is set for auto pay in FHB hands. Already been over 2 weeks and collections dept says it's a process to fix. Sure isn't a problem to process late fees. Seems FHB might be purposely interfering with the loan, why?
