Worst bank in Hawaii. They have the worst customer service, worst merchant service and horrible bankers. He held on merchant deposit funds, then refuse to issue a refund after denying the deposit so they can make money on the merchant fee which was 4.2%. They have been sued before for overcharging in fees. I hope they get sued again and shut down. Do not bank here. ASB is much better in every way.

This has GOT to be THE SLOWEST FHB on the island!!! Take my word for it, it's faster to driver further to another branch. This is on a Tuesday at 10:00!!
Bank opens for business and a man opens the door and says “ we’re only letting four people in at a time. It’s quite hot outside and customers are having to wait under the heat to get in. There are several ladies and one of them has a baby with her! So, the bank that says yes didn’t do what it advertises.
