Bank opens for business and a man opens the door and says “ we’re only letting four people in at a time. It’s quite hot outside and customers are having to wait under the heat to get in. There are several ladies and one of them has a baby with her! So, the bank that says yes didn’t do what it advertises.
Worst experience dealing with current loan with my Girlfriends auto loan. Loan was set up with autopay by this branch and bank now seemed to not collecting the payments and cannot seemed to get it fixed and already penalized due to no payment which is set for auto pay in FHB hands. Already been over 2 weeks and collections dept says it's a process to fix. Sure isn't a problem to process late fees. Seems FHB might be purposely interfering with the loan, why? When I tried to get information about the delay in getting my debit card, I called the branch telephone number. They gave me numbered options to press for the type of situation I needed help with. I pressed them all and none of them worked. Something is seriously wrong.
