New location at kahana village
I've been banking at this bank for over 50 years and never had any real big problems, whenever I had a question, I got prompt honest answers. The staff has always been very helpful, kind and courteous. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
I have a couple of accounts at 1st Hawaiian Bank. On a recent visit, I wrote my name on a walk-in customer service list and waited for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment yet there were three reps in the area including the manager. When I finally approached one of the reps, Helena Reyes, she said she wld help me in 10 minutes. When 10 minutes had elapsed, I was still waiting for service so I walked up to Helena and she said she'd be with me in 10 minutes. sometime it's the smallest things. had to have a document notarized, this bank offers one of the few public notary's present on the west side. their notary Helena, who was incredible and made small kine gesture that meant so much to me. pono thru. looking into switching banks because of it.
Autumn at the Lahaina branch has been so great to work with and she always makes time for her clients. She’s professional, friendly and gets things done in a timely manner. Many mahalos!
