WORST BANK EVER!
I'm still waiting to receive my debit card. I opened my account and I was told they ordered it but it's been a month or more and I haven't received anything. USPS doesn't have any mail for me either. Where is my debit card? This is ridiculous.
This is for FHB as a whole, not the Kapiolani branch specifically although it's the nearest branch to my issue. I've been with FHB for about 15 years, and used to find good service. I had two terrible experiences with them recently, one of which I'll describe below. I am moving my money to a different bank after this most recent episode. Most recently, I went to the FHB ATM at a 7-11 at McCully Shopping Center. I tried to withdraw $400, and after it started making the normal sounds to dispense cash, an error message came up.... read more
