Not a review about location but for the bank. I am a military member and didn't use an account for a while and got changed for dormant fees for months without getting reached out. I couldn't reactivate or close it on the phone and had to go into a branch. And they wouldn't wavie fees unless i went to different branch...
This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. FHB has completely failed to meet its obligations when it comes to releasing funds via the Zelle app in a timely manner, causing personal financial injury. On top of that, I had to wait on hold for 4 hours while abroad, being charged by the minute, only to finally reach someone who was completely unhelpful. One of the worst branch. Please learn to be as good as Kapahulu. Or simply clerk doesn’t have enough training or equipment is not provided to each clear correctly or something that’s affect the front desk clerk performance compared to other branch.
Wonderful Bank great customer service very attentive clerks
Horrible service first they tried to charge me for cashier checks. When I get them free thru my account, I had to explain to the clerk these. They, being an employee, would think they would know their own policies. After this, the clerk continues to say I'm gonna go ask my supervisor if im correct which i was, and then she had me waiting for a while.
