I was discriminated against by the manager who did not believe my physical address. Wouldn’t let me open up an account. This branch is racist. Don’t bank at this location. The manager told me to come back when I found a “home” unbelievable. I went to Bank of Hawaii off Kilauea Ave no issues. Go to this bank instead.
Today I was discriminated against for being Latino in this bank. It all started 3 months ago, I work as a valet attendant and I go every week to change my tips and get coins to be able to wash my clothes. Today I went to change money like every Sunday and the bank manager didn't let me come to expel me just because I was Latino and didn't have a card. Mr. Brad Nelson, what a Great young man you'll find him in customer service. He helped me set up my account and explained it in a understandable manner. All the while helping me with questions I needed to research online for Social Security and direct deposit, for which I didn't know how? But it was this that will have a lasting impression on my heart, He pronounce my mother's maiden in its correct way of speech " what a Great guy ".
