Staff have a real attitude problem here. I went in today to deposit money. No hi. No smile. Teller was very nasty.
Camile at Kaneohe branch was so helpful and friendly in helping me with my banking transaction. She was informative and went the extra mile to help me to gather informative and to provide significant recommendations!! I have seen this consistently whenever I have called or visited the Kaneohe branch with all of their employees. MAHALO!!!
Havei to waiit 35 minutes to talk to customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.
If I could I would select no stars. Although I appreciate Sarah calling about an inactivate account. When I visited the Kaneohe Branch there was no welcoming greeting from employees when entering the door and no greeting when standing in the teller line. For security reasons wouldn’t it be a good idea to look up and see who is walking through the front door??? Also the teller that assisted me did not have Aloha. Love the staff here, but seriously they need more workers. Spent 30 minutes in here to make a large withdrawal. More workers are needed then 3 tellers. This is not the 1st time I've waited for a long time. Just the 1st time I'm writing a review. Come on FHB. 10 people behind me right now.
