I'm handicapped , but I don't really appear to be. I attempted myself to set up a bank transfer account from my credit union to First Hawaiian Bank to no avail. I went in during mid-morning to make an appointment for assistance. I have her card (blonde female- I can't remember). She helped me set up the account. She even printed out the next steps to complete the external transfers from my other credit union and First Hawaiian Bank. Need more help very nice people
I really like the tellers at this branch. I go in frequently so they usually greet me by name. They are quick and patient with my transactions.
Staff have a real attitude problem here. I went in today to deposit money. No hi. No smile. Teller was very nasty.
Camile at Kaneohe branch was so helpful and friendly in helping me with my banking transaction. She was informative and went the extra mile to help me to gather informative and to provide significant recommendations!! I have seen this consistently whenever I have called or visited the Kaneohe branch with all of their employees. MAHALO!!!
