Mortgage staff (Amanda) was not very friendly. Did not have a good experience dealing with her. I seemed as if I was a bother to her. She did not seem dedicated to helping at all. Would never call me when I asked. Actually ignored my last text to her asking if she could call me and still have not heard from her. Ended up going with a different mortgage company and was very pleased and had a successful closing. Unfortunately bc of the poor customer service I received I will not be using this bank for any mortgages for my inve... read more
