Been a personal and business customer for over 4 years. They don't want to help with loans hardly it is like pulling teeth with them. Was trying to refinance my house and it's been 6 months and no contact back. Bought a new truck and tried to get them to finance it they said they would need 12000.00 to loan me the money if i had 12000 i would have used that as a down payment. I have so much trouble banking with them. At least 8 times now I have went to buy something and the bank will not let it go through. Yesterday I called because I had some concerns and a lady named Brenda answers. She was so rude and basically laughed at me. Definitely no help at all. I will be switching soon.
