I had a wonderful experience with Melanie today! My appointment was at 1 pm and she started exactly on time with no waiting. She was very friendly, patient, and professional. She took her time to carefully cut my hair and made sure everything looked perfect. I really appreciated her attention to detail and positive attitude.
