Miguel with First Groveland Garage Doors arrived the same day and handled both of my garage door service needs right away. After careful troubleshooting, he replaced the garage door opener and made sure it was working smoothly and quietly. He also inspected the damaged garage door, explained the problem in simple terms, and provided a clear quote for a new garage door installation. Miguel was friendly, skilled, and focused on great customer service throughout the visit. The whole process felt easy and professional, and I am ... read more
Excellent experience with First Groveland Garage Doors. Billy came out to inspect the garage door problem at the house we had just purchased and explained everything in a clear, simple way. He gave helpful recommendations for replacing the damaged door and opener, answered our questions, and made sure we were scheduled fast for the installation. Miguel removed the old broken garage door and worn opener, then installed the new door and motorized opener smoothly and efficiently. The whole garage door repair and installation p... read more

He was even able to narrow down the problem during the call and explained that it sounded like a broken garage door spring. They fit me into the schedule the same day, which was a huge help. The crew was clean, efficient, and very professional throughout the whole garage door opener installation. Miguel also checked the existing garage door system, adjusted the tracks, lubricated the rollers and springs, and made sure all the hardware was working smoothly before finishing the new opener setup. The install was neat and well done, and they paid attention to the de... read more

I sent online requests to a few garage door companies, and early Monday morning I got a quick follow-up call with a clear price and an appointment time. The cost for the spring repair was very fair, even better than I expected, and the technician arrived by midday. Billy replaced the broken springs, ch... read more
