Spent 14k on system never worked right. Keeps promising to show up but won’t even answer phone! Buyer beware terrible service and work! Big paperweight cost 14k
Do not use these people they are horrible people they try to run me and my son off the road on route 80 horrible driver with no respect for anybody on the road. They knew it was emerge and kept trying to push me to the curb instead of waiting their turn
I must say when I wrote the review below, I thought it would be a one and done kind of thing - boy was I wrong! The last time these folks helped it was freezing both inside and outside the house and they fixed it (read below) wonderfully. Fast forward to memorial day when is was almost blistering hot. One of the worst companies I have ever ever worked with. To start, the lady who answers the phone is the rudest human I have ever dealt with. They don’t know what they are doing, they are disorganized, and they lie! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Save yourself time, money and disappointment! Find someone else.
So I waited to write this review because I could not believe the service I got and quite frankly I was waiting for something to go wrong. Happily nothing did! This saga started on Thanksgiving when we woke up to no heat and a houseful of folks heading our way. We have a home repair policy with AHS so I put in a service call. The initial company eventually arrived after PSEG came out for a gas smell visit and got the heat back on. That initial company made several trips and replaced a few components.
